Rob first picked up an electrician’s toolkit in 1977. Since then, he has worked through the I.E.E. Wiring Regulations from the 14th Edition right up to the current BS 7671. From the beginning, he has insisted that all staff follow a few simple rules to maintain a genuine “customer is always right” approach. First, all electricians are trained in the United Kingdom. They must have a thorough understanding of BS 7671 and be able to explain it clearly to customers who may have little or no knowledge of electrical installation.

Second, they must always remember that the customer is the one paying the bills and therefore the wages.

Without the customer, there is no business.
